CloneCD is a copying tool that is ideal to create backup copies of your discs. It supports CDs and DVD-Rs, DVD-RWs, DVD+Rs, DVD+RWs, DVD+R Dual Layer and DVD-RAM. The program itself is pretty small and does not suck your system's resources as other burning applications do. With a few clicks of your mouse, CloneCD promises to create perfect copies of your discs. They call it a 1:1 (one to one) copy, which recreates perfectly everything present in the original disc. If the disc has errors, those will also appear on the copy, though. This an especially useful application for people who own original CDs or DVDs and want to easily create backup copies of them to play anywhere. CloneCD also copies DVDs, but if you want to copy Movies you need AnyDVD. Slysoft's CloneCD also supports copying of Safedisc 3 discs. Another of this great application's feature is the burning and copying from/to images; that is to say, the user can rip an entire CD to a perfect image and store it on the hard drive and then burn it to disc of his liking.
